There are many different reasons that private pay is utilized for mental health services. During your initial appointment, deciding which form of payment you would like to utlize is part of the intake process.

SLD Counseling Services, PLLC serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income. SLD Counseling Services, PLLC will base program eligibility on a person’s ability to pay and will not discriminate based on an individual’s race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity. The Federal Poverty Guidelines are used in creating and annually updating the sliding fee schedule (SFS) to determine eligibility.
